Scientific achievements

Elucidation of internal factors and environmental factors in the formation of the various types of productivity;
establishment of the phenotypic and genotypic parameters of the Iskar Grey cattle and the formation of milk and meat yield;
influence of nutrition on the growth of lambs and calves and the compensation of growth retardation;
developed standard rations and annual feed norms for the individual animal species;
compiled tables of the digestibility and energy nutritional value of feeds by animal species;
energy norms for the fattening of bull calves were determined;
optimisation of the protein and amino-acid nutrition of animals and development of amino-acid norms;
balancing of proteins in the feed of sheep with the inclusion of urea concentrates
